Returns

reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including all shipping costs. Please note that due to supplier warranty reasons, we may not accept returns on electrical appliances.

Refunds

Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately. Refunds are at the discretion of Health Optimise and it may take approximately 5-7 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
