退貨
如果我們因任何原因無法交付產品,我們將安排全額退款,包括所有運費。請注意,由於供應商保修原因,我們可能不接受電器產品退貨。
退款
訂單的任何退款將立即處理。退款由 Health Optimise 自行決定,退款可能需要大約 5-10 個工作日才能顯示在您的對帳單上。
請注意Health Optimise僅接受產品過期,或交付時損壞的退款。
當產品出現瑕疵或與閣下所訂購的不同才可以進行退款。如沒有以上理由本公司擁有拒絕客人取消訂單的權利。
凡顧客已經付款,但要求本公司取消訂單及退款者,本公司將收取 20% 的退款費用。
如因本公司原因而導致訂單被取消,例如:貨品延誤、貨品缺貨、貨品停產、庫存錯誤,本公司將會豁免上述退款費用。

Returns
For food safety reasons food items can not be returned. If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including all shipping costs. Please note that due to supplier warranty reasons, we may not accept returns on electrical appliances.
Refunds
Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately. Refunds are at the discretion of Health Optimise and it may take approximately 5-10 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
Please note that Health Optimise only accepts returns if the product is expired or damaged upon delivery.
Refunds can only be issued when the product is defective or different from what you ordered. If there are no above reasons, the company has the right to refuse the customer to cancel the order.
If the customer has paid but requires the company to cancel the order and refund, the company will charge a 20% return fee.
If the order is canceled due to the company’s reasons, such as: product delay, product out of stock, product discontinuation, inventory error, the company will waive the above refund fee.
