Health Optimise致力於在提供最優質的有機、個人護理、運動和健康食品,履行您的訂單對我們來說非常重要。
退貨
國際航空或其他跨境海外運輸的商品,除產品本身有瑕疵或產品過期外,不接受退貨。
如果公司因任何原因無法交付產品,我們將安排全額退款,包括所有運費。請注意,由於供應商保修原因,我們可能不接受電器產品退貨。
退貨須知:
請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當,若原紙箱已遺失,請另使用其他紙箱包覆於商品原廠包裝之外,切勿直接於原廠包裝上黏貼紙張或書寫文字。若原廠包裝損毀將可能被認定為已逾越檢查商品之必要程度,本公司得依毀損程度扣除回復原狀必要費用(整新費)後退費;請您先確認商品正確、外觀可接受,再行拆封,以免影響您的權利;若為產品瑕疵,本公司接受退貨。
退款
請注意Health Optimise僅接受產品過期,或交付時損壞的退款。
結帳前請檢查購物車內的所選產品(包括數量、價格、支付貨幣的選項)是否正確,結帳期間亦請確保所有聯絡/送貨資料(如聯絡電話、送貨地區和地址)正確無誤。所有訂單一經確認及付款後會經過物流系統自動發貨,所有訂單不設退款或更改。
退款由 Health Optimise 自行決定,退款可能需要大約 5-10 個工作日才能顯示在您的對帳單上。
當產品出現瑕疵或與閣下所訂購的不同才可以進行退款。如沒有以上理由本公司擁有拒絕客人取消訂單的權利。
注:但凡顧客要求本公司取消訂單及退款者,本公司有權收取 20% 的退貨成本費用。
如因本公司原因而導致訂單被取消,例如:貨品延誤、貨品缺貨、貨品停產、庫存錯誤,本公司將會豁免上述退款費用。

Returns
Goods shipped by international air or other cross-border overseas routes will not be accepted for return unless the product itself is defective or expired.
For food safety reasons food items can not be returned. If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including all shipping costs. Please note that due to supplier warranty reasons, we may not accept returns on electrical appliances.
Refunds
Please note that Health Optimise only accepts refunds if the product is expired or damaged upon delivery.
Please check that the selected products (including quantity, price, payment currency options) in the shopping cart are correct before checkout. During checkout, please also ensure that all contact/delivery information (such as contact number, delivery area and address) are correct. Correct. Once all orders are confirmed and paid, no refunds or changes are allowed.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Health Optimise and may take approximately 5-10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds are only available if the product is defective or different from what you ordered. If there are no above reasons, the company has the right to refuse the customer’s cancellation of the order.
Note: If a customer requests the Company to cancel an order and issue a refund, the Company reserves the right to charge a 20% return fee.
If the order is cancelled due to our company’s reasons, such as product delay, product out of stock, product discontinuation, inventory error, the company will waive the above refund fees.
